We specialize in personalized vacation planning, with a focus on cruises, family travel, Disney and Universal vacations, all-inclusives, and accessible travel planning. Our story
Hi, I'm Charlotte Strickland, Founder and Certified Travel Advisor of Carolina Travel Group. My journey into professional travel planning began with years of family adventures, countless Orlando vacations, and magical Disney trips — including a once-in-a-lifetime proposal inside Cinderella's Castle. Those experiences, paired with a deep love of cruising, laid the foundation for my career as a professional Travel Advisor.
I entered the travel industry in 2014 and proudly founded Carolina Travel Group in 2018. As a Certified Travel Advisor, I blend accredited industry knowledge with extensive firsthand experience. Orlando travel and cruising are my true specialities, built on years of planning Disney and Universal vacations and of experiencing a wide range of cruise itineraries, ships, and family-friendly options. Our family's annual trips to Orlando — traditions we've cherished since 2011 — continue to inform how I design smooth, realistic, and well-paced itineraries for my clients.
While I am a full-service Travel Advisor capable of booking destinations worldwide, I am best known as a Theme Park Specialist and Cruise Specialist. I focus on Disney vacation planning, Universal Orlando trips, cruise vacations, all-inclusive resorts, and custom family travel, helping clients save time, avoid overwhelm, and travel with confidence. My goal is to eliminate the stress of logistics and deliver seamless, personalized travel experiences--so families can focus on making memories while I handle every detail.

Hi, I'm Stephanie Phaneuf, a Travel Advisor with Carolina Travel Group, based in Goldsboro, North Carolina. I joined the team in the summer of 2022 and specialize in full-service travel planning for families, couples, and travelers looking for stress-free, well-planned vacations.
I book a wide range of trips--including cruise vacations, Disney and Universal travel, all-inclusive resorts, and custom itineraries--and Im especially passionate about helping active-duty military members, veterans, and military families find great value and flexivle travel options.
